FINANCING YOUR INVESTMENT VIA A 'SIPP’

Our aim at Cape Verde for Life is to find ways of increasing financial opportunities for our clients. One of the best methods we have found that allows our clients to achieve this is for them to utilise their “frozen or preserved” pensions by transferring them into a Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).

A SIPP is a personal pension for which the person investing for retirement decides what their pension fund is invested in. Traditionally pensions are managed by a pension fund manager who may invest in volatile stocks and shares or boring old cash leaving the investor with no control or influence over the investment decisions. In addition to this the pension company will take the majority of the profit leaving only a meager return for the investor.

By transferring existing pensions into a SIPP the individual has total control when and how the monies in the plan are invested. This allows clients to really take control of their retirement planning, in fact their whole financial future, in a way that was previously unavailable thus creating the potential for a far greater return.

Any type of pension can be transferred into a SIPP, for instance many people have several ‘frozen’ pensions from previous employment or businesses and/or personal pensions that they can transfer. This is a complex area and it does need professional advice. We have teamed up with many of the UK's leading Independent Wealth Management companies, who specialise in pensions and investments. They will carry out an initial review completely free of charge for potential investors to assess whether their existing pension plans may be transferred into a SIPP.

We offer a select range of property investment opportunities that can if desired be purchased via a SIPP. Many of the opportunities that we offer are highly structured and offer clients a cost effective and extremely efficient way to really take control of their own financial well being.

There may be an initial set up fee and ongoing annual charges associated with the management of the SIPP. This will be discussed in depth by the adviser before and commitment is sought.
